We provide course with fishing / fly fishing mountain trout. Although we cannot promise that you will get any trout, we have yet to be disappointed after a day fishing. Remember the quieter you are and with some patience, the more likely you will get the chance to get one.
Program:
We meet at Namsskogan Togstasjon (Train station) early morning 8 am. We will take a drive to one of our fantastic spots where we know the trout will be. From our cars, we will walk down to the water. It’s important that we already now stay as quiet as possible, try to make as little or no noise. The water is so clear so the trout are aware of you if you make too much noise or movements.
The trout notice both sounds and vibrations, but also they have great eyesight so they get scared easily. We will spend the day fishing and relaxing by the shoreline and campfire. Your guide will have the campfire going and the coffee and simple snacks ready for when you feel the urge to get rest between the casts.
