We warmly welcome you to a half-day workshop 23.08.24 from 12-16 PM at The Thief. The workshop is dedicated to women’s well-being, led by 3 women with various backgrounds, professions and experiences. Relax and recharge with like-minded women in an inclusive environment.

Thief Tranquility is a half-day themed workshop led by three women with various backgrounds, professions and experiences. This workshop revolves around women’s well-being, with our holistic approach to health that attends to your body, mind and soul. Our experts are here to guide and support you through the four key pillars of yoga, coaching, breathing and mindfulness. Inside our warm and welcoming atmosphere at The Thief, you can connect with like-minded women and enjoy a safe space to relax, re-connect and renew yourself. This workshop will be held in both Norwegian and English.


AGENDA:

BREATHING TECHNIQUES & MEDITATION
Learn to slow down and find calm amidst daily challenges with our focused meditation techniques.

YOGA & MOVEMENT
Combines a gentle Hatha and Yin yoga to improve flexibility, strength, and release tension.

GROUP COACHING
Focus on body image and self-judgmental thoughts that block inner peace, safety, and joy.

SELF-LOVE BOOZT
Through simple exercises, learn to accept yourself more and boost oxytocin levels with self-love.

AFTERNOON TEA
Unwind with tea, treats, and lively beats from our DJ in THIEF Restaurant, while socializing with fellow participants and coaches.


COACHES:

Sofia Khorsand - Holistic Embodiment Coach and founder of Optimal Pust.
Sofia has a background as a personal trainer and group training instructor, specializing in the function of breathing. She teaches you breathing exercises that can help with stress relief, better sleep quality, increased focus and emotional regulation. You will also have the opportunity to experience the breath as a tool to connect deeper with yourself. Sofia is concerned with the holistic aspect of the human being. Her genuine desire is to allow space to create safety and peace within yourself as well as finding your inner strength and power. Her greatest passion is sharing the tools she has learned herself in the hope that it can also help others. Others describe her as a professional and safe person with a comfortable presence.

Sophie Wijaya - Certified yoga and meditation teacher.
Sophie has a background in design and research with 10+ years of experience in product/service development where she helps people change their behavior and routines by applying behavioral science and psychology.

Camilla J.J. Sørensen - Sexologist, couples therapist and freelance journalist.
She is best known as “Kjærlighetsterapeuten” in the media and has helped over 1,000 people in their love lives through conversation and courses. She is passionate about helping people out of autopilot into a more conscious life in love and sexuality. With Camilla's help, you can go from basic to magic in your love life, strengthen your self-esteem and finally understand how your sexuality works.
