This 1-day online workshop looks at the most essential aspects of test management, such as test estimation, monitoring and controlling testing, measuring the value of testing how to perform risk-based testing effectively and when to apply test automation to projects.

The workshop provides the test manager with essential skills to become an effective and efficient test manager, looking at ways of reducing the amount of test documentation to free up time to do the actual work of a test manager. During this workshop we will look at ways of estimating testing using quality and effort, providing the necessary information to stakeholders to make informed decisions and also to measure the value that testing provides.

Lloyd har over 30 års er faring fra IT-bransjen. Han har jobbet som utvikler, testleder og i 10 år jobbet han i UK-baserte Grove Consultants som konsulent / partner. I 2011 startet han eget konsulentselskap med software testing som spesialfelt. Lloyd har holdt foredrag på konferanser som STAREAST, STARWEST, Eurostar, AsiaSTAR, Software Test Automation, Test Kongressen, og Unicom m.fl.
