Surface decoration uses different techniques to effect the surface texture of the clay. In this workshop we will use different tools to create different surface textures and imagery.
Scratching through layers of colour. Changing the surface with all manner of things.
Once we have printed on the clay we can then create simple pieces eg small forms, plates, that will be fired. There will be an additional hour session in which you can glaze your pieces, alternatively I can do this for you.
