Rehearsal For Change ™ offers effective creative skills to reverse self-imposed limitation. Participants live from a deeper wisdom by tapping their inner resources for change and transformation.
The work
Notable influences include training with Anna Halprin at the Tamalpa Institute in San Francisco the internationally renowned training centre for movement-based expressive arts, Mind and Body psychology and Person Centred Art. The intention of Rehearsal For Change™ is to cultivate an intimate dialogue with our inner resources, by exploring the wisdom of the body and developing an embodied sense of presence in daily life. Classes bridge life and art, reflecting the perspective of person centred learning while educating the whole person. Participants learn how to observe themselves as they develop a deeper connection between the mind, body and creative imagination, they gain tools for new modes of being as they move beyond self-imposed limitations which hold us back from being who they really are. Rehearsal For Change™ is for people who have a desire to develop their full potential for self-empowerment.
