Ingunn Hagen, professor in psychology at NTNU, specializes in media psychology and yoga psychology. Hagen has conducted research on how yoga impacts mental health and was part of the EU-funded Hippocampus project. Key publications include Lykkeverktøy: For fagfolk som jobbar med menneske (2018) and Promoting mental health and wellbeing in schools: The impact of yoga on young people's relaxation and stress (Hagen et al., 2023), published in Frontiers in Psychology.
Anodea Judith, Ph.D., director of Sacred Centers (SacredCenters.com), holds a doctorate in Human Health, a Master’s in Clinical Psychology, and advanced E-RYT yoga certification. Her best-selling books include Wheels of Life: A User's Guide to the Chakra System (1987), Eastern Body, Western Mind: Psychology and the Chakra System as a Path to the Self (1986), and Creating on Purpose: The Spiritual Technology of Manifesting Through the Chakras (2012).
Isabelle Schjelderup is a social worker specializing in acute crisis management and mental health. A certified yoga teacher, she has expertise in therapeutic and children’s yoga. Isabelle co-led a HELFO-supported treatment program for anxiety disorders using MBSR and yoga. She runs weekly therapeutic yoga groups for individuals with burnout, anxiety, depression, or PTSD. Author of Lek med yoga (Cappelen Damm, 2019), she also practices as a holistic therapist.
