Course participants will receive a certificate after completing the course, approved by Norwegian oil & gas. That provides opportunities to take more specialized emergency preparedness courses further.
Refresh the knowledge and get the certificate renewed
The training must be repeated every 48 months by everyone who works on Norwegian continental shelf. Personnel who have not completed the refresher course within 4 years must take this before departure. If this is not done within 8 years, you must complete the GSK Basic safety course over again.
Kursinnhold:
• HSE-culture and correct safety behavior
• Prevention of occupational accidents
• Use of relevant fire/rescue equipment
• Lifesaving first aid
• Collective means of evacuation
• Proper use of life jacket with breathing lung
• Helicopter evacuation (HUET)
Refresh:
The GSK Safety Course certificate have te be repeated every 4 years, within 8 years..
Eksamen / sertifisering
A final exam. Also requires participation in all theoretical and practical exercises.
