We provide virtual course about AZ-104: Microsoft Azure Administrator. This course teaches IT Professionals how to manage their Azure subscriptions, secure identities, administer the infrastructure, configure virtual networking, connect Azure and on-premises sites.

Course description:
Manage network traffic, implement storage solutions, create and scale virtual machines, implement web apps and containers, back up and share data, and monitor your solution. This training will help you prepare for exam AZ-104, which leads to the Azure Administrator certification. This course is backed up with extensive hands-on lab work and includes lab environment access during and post course completion.

Important notice!
This course is defined as a 4 day course from Microsoft. However, Glasspaper has extended this course from 4 days to 5 days to allow enough time to explain important topics.

Course content:
This course contains of the following modules:
1) Configure Azure Active Directory / EntraID:
• Manage identities, users, and groups, and integrate with existing identity management systems

2) Configure User and Group Accounts:
• Set up and manage user access, group memberships, and identity protection

3) Configure Subscriptions:
• Manage Azure subscriptions, billing, and resource allocation

8) Configure Resources with Azure Resource Manager Templates:
• Use templates to deploy and manage Azure resources consistently

9) Configure Virtual Networks:
• Set up VNETs, subnets, and integrate with on-premises networks

10) Configure Network Security Groups:
• Implement security rules to control inbound and outbound network traffic

11) Configure Azure Firewall:
• Set up and manage firewall rules for network security

• Utilize extensions for VM functionality and management

• Set up hosting plans for web apps in Azure

• Deploy and manage web applications and APIs

29) Configure Azure Container Instances:
• Implement containerized applications with Azure Container Instances

32) Configure File and Folder Backups:
• Implement backup solutions for files and folders

33) Configure Virtual Machine Backups:

34) Configure Azure Monitor:
• Set up monitoring for Azure resources and applications

35) Configure Azure Alerts:
• Implement alert rules for resource monitoring

36) Configure Log Analytics:
• Utilize log data for monitoring and diagnostics

37) Configure Network Watcher:
• Monitor, diagnose, and gain insights into network performance and health

Target audience:
This training is aimed at IT Pros who will manage an Azure Infrastructure, including storage, network, virtualization and application management.

Prerequisites:
To attend this training you should have:
• Basic knowledge and experience with Windows Server and Active Directory
• Understanding for basic components in a modern infrastructure: virtualization, cloud infrastructure, storage and network configuration.

Language:
• English course material, english speaking instructor

Certification:
This training will help you prepare for exam AZ-104: Microsoft Azure Administrator. If you pass this exam you will automatically get the new Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator Associate certification.
