After completing this course, you will be prepared to carry out administrative tasks for AS Java based SAP Systems like SAP Process Integration (SAP PI), SAP Solution Manager (AS Java part), SAP Manufacturing Integration and Intelligence (SAP MII), SAP Enterprise Portal (SAP EP), and multiple further Business Products based on AS Java.
During these five days you will learn to start and stop AS Java based SAP Systems and how to configure them, how to manage users and prepare and perform a system-maintenance and more. Throughout the training you will work with administrative rights on the operating system level as well as in the AS Java based SAP Systems.

2) Start and stop SAP NetWeaver AS Java: Tools, Java Startup and Control Framework, Monitoring the System Start Procedure, Error Handling.
3) Carry out basic configurations for SAP NetWeaver AS Java using SAP NetWeaver Administrator, Config Tool, Configure ICM Process and Central Services.
4) Set up TSL encryption for SAP NetWeaver AS Java: ICM Parameters, Introducing Cryptography, Configure AS Java as Server Component for authentication.
5) Explain the architecture of the User Management Engine: Users, Groups and Roles, Authorizations, Default Principles and Emergency User.
